Ringlete

A beautiful project, with amazing results. Ringlete wanted a mini collection of two patterns that represent the animals endangered in Colombia. One of them was the tapir (danta) and the other was the spectacled bear (oso de anteojos). The challenge here was adapting the illustrations to the format and jacquard weaving technique, which doesn’t allow for many details or colors. The result was more beautiful than I expected.
